Delivery is £5.95 for each order and free for orders over £99 ex VAT.
Goods are delivered by national courier companies and will require a signature.
The courier will email and/or text with a delivery time on the day of delivery.
We make every effort to despatch your order within the time shown.
We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises.
Returns
If you have received incorrect or faulty items from us please notify us by email and within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help out. If you would like to return all or part of your order for any other reason please also notify us by email - and within 2 weeks of delivery - so that we can forward an RTA (return authorisation) for the goods. The RTA needs to be enclosed with the goods and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. We do not offer a postage paid returns service. We recommend the use of a national courier sign on delivery service. Please note we do not offer exchange of goods.
