Standard delivery is £5.95 ex VAT for a 48 Business Hours Service.

£8.95 ex VAT (or free if order value is above £99.99 ex VAT) for UK Next Business Day Service - if the order is placed before 2pm on a business day. 

Shipping prices are based on shipping within the UK Mainland and exclude Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, and all islands.  

Goods are delivered by DPD and will require a signature.

The courier will email and/or text with a delivery time on the day of delivery.

We make every effort to despatch your order within the time shown but cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises.

If you have received incorrect or faulty items from us please notify us by email and within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help out. If you would like to return all or part of your order for any other reason please also notify us by email - and within 2 weeks of delivery - so that we can forward an RTA (return authorisation) for the goods. The RTA needs to be enclosed with the goods and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. We do not offer a postage paid returns service. We recommend the use of a national courier sign on delivery service. Please note we do not offer exchange of goods.
