The following applies to all orders received by 6pm on a business day shipping to mainland UK

Standard Delivery 48 Business Hours  = £4.95 +VAT

Next Business Day = £8.50 +VAT 

Next Business Day before 12.00 = £9.95 +VAT

FREE Standard 48 Business Hours for orders over £50 +VAT (but does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands).

Orders are delivered by DPD and will sometimes require a signature. You will receive tracking information by email and text when your order has been despatched and a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

We make every effort to despatch goods within the time stated but cannot be held responsible for any delay or subsequent losses once the order has left our premises. 

Returns

All return requests must be notified to us by email. We will then email a returns form for you to print, complete and enclose with your goods.

All orders of unembellished goods will be refunded if a request is made by the customer within 14 days of delivery. No returns are given for any garments after they have been embellished by the customer. 

Faulty unembellished goods can be returned for a full refund or exchange when we have been notified by the customer within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns when notice has been given later than 14 days of delivery date. 

The customer is liable for return postage charges on all goods and we recommend a signed for delivery. 

If the reason for return is faulty goods then we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred by the customer after we have inspected the goods and we are in agreement with the customer over faulty condition of the product/s.

If returning goods from outside the UK please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges.

The refund will be processed once the goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded by the service used to pay for your order (credit/debit card,  PayPal account, cheque or BACS transfer). If your credit/debit card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
